AIR FRY CHICKEN RECIPE
Meatloaf
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef 80/20 (or) your favorite ratio

½ Cup (4 oz) Hobi’s Bites Original Hot crackers (ground/crumbled)

½ Cup rolled oats
-
3 large eggs
-
½ Cup white onion(½ med. onion) grated and minced
-
1/3 cup carrot (½ large carrot) grated and minced
-
1/3 Cup celery (1.5-2 sticks) grated ONLY
-
1 Tbsp fresh garlic (3 cloves) minced

1 tsp black pepper
-
½ tsp salt
-
1 Tbsp dry parsley
-

MEATLOAF SAUCE
-
12 oz Marinara (use your favorite brand)

½ Cup light brown sugar
-
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
-
2 Tbsp Ketchup
-
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
-
½ tsp black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly by hand.

Place inside refrigerator and let rest while you prepare the sauce.

In a medium pot, combine all the ingredients for the Meatloaf Sauce and cook on medium heat 5-7 minutes. Heating only to combine and melt the sugar.

Prepare a baking sheet with foil and place an elevated grate on top of the foil.

Take the meatloaf from refrigerator and shape into a nice loaf.

Place the loaf onto the grate. Spoon or brush on generously the Meatloaf Sauce onto the loaf, making sure everything is coated, especially the sides.

Place tray with the meatloaf onto the center shelf of the oven. Bake 1 hr - 1 hr 15 min.

Pull the entire tray out and replace foil at 30 minutes, as you may have run-off from the sauce. Place back into oven and finish cooking.

Using a cooking thermometer, check the meatloaf at 60 minutes. Pull meatloaf out at 155F and let rest. It will continue to cook internally and reach a minimum 160F.
